Observed no sanitizer (0ppm) at 3 comp according to inspector's test strips and operators test strips (Quat). Informed PIC that Quat concentration should follow the manufacturer's guidelines. Food-contact surfaces must be properly sanitized after washing and rinsing. PIC relocated all food-contact surfaces to warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
