Observed a handwashing sink that was completely blocked off by a large trash can. The trash can was relocated to a different area by the person in charge at time of inspection. Discussed with person in charge to ensure that the handwashing sink is maintained free and clear of obstructions/obstacles. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed no date marking on the open chubs of deli ham at the meat case. According to the person in charge, the chubs of deli meat had been opened within the last 2 days. All RTE/TCS foods were properly date marked at the time of inspection. RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). *2ND CONSECUTIVE PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION.* Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed several dead flies inside of the meat display case near the door sill. Also observed general debris in some places inside the meat display case. Discussed with person in charge to clean the inside of the meat display case. Also observed a large collection of food smears and debris inside of the walk-in cooler on the raw meats side in addition to large amounts of built-up food debris/residues on the floor. Discussed with person in charge to thoroughly clean the inside of the walk-in cooler, particularly the walls and floors. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
