Inspector's notes

Please ensure that there is at least one person present during all hours of operation with a Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certificate. The person in charge is currently working towards acquiring their CFPM. A Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) is required to be on the premises during all hours of operation. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed a sizeable gap on the bakery display case doors that was approximately 1 inch wide. Discussed with person in charge to explore options to put a gasket or some other piece onto the door such that the gap can be closed off to prevent contamination from flying insects and other sources of contamination. Person in charge will seek options for closing the gap. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed a small reach-in refrigerator that had a large accumulation of ice on the blower unit. Discussed with person in charge to defrost the refrigerator so the ice can fully melt off before it completely freezes over. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
