Observed coolers that did not have a thermometer inside the units and only had digital reading on cooler front. Spoke with PIC about obtaining thermometers inside the coolers to verify ambient temperatures of the units. Ensure each unit has an internal ambient air thermometer inside. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
