Observed box of open potatoes on bottom shelf of prep table in line of splash from hand washing sink. Equipment, Utensils, Linens and Single-Service and Single-Use Articles stored in a clean, dry location; where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and at least 15 cm (6 inches) above the floor. Correct all listed violations prior to re-inspection scheduled for 07/08/2025. This establishment/operation has demonstrated sufficient compliance to proceed with the permit issuance. To complete the permitting process, issuance of this permit, and begin operation, the applicant must first submit payment of the annual operating permit fee to the Department. PerMCEHC Chapter I, Regs 4 & 5, no person shall conduct an operation or operate an establishment for which a permit is required without holding the necessary and valid permit to do so.
Inspector's notes
1. The drain pipe from the walk-in unit condensers connects to the condensate drain pipe from the adjacent air-conditioning unit in the closet in the dry goods storage room. Provide a hub drain assembly with a minimum 1 in. air-gap between the end of the copper condensate drain pipes from the walk-in units and the PVC piping for the air-conditioner condensate drain pipes. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
