Observed Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap with organic matter at time of inspection. PIC mentioned food gets replaced every week. Informed PIC all food must be in good condition, safe, and unadulterated. All adulterated food was voluntarily discarded at time of inspection. Reach in was observed at 40 F per inspectors min/max. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
