Inspector's notes

Corrective Action: Correct prior to routine inspection. Provide siliconized grout at the expansion joints on the concrete floor inside the new walk-in cooler. Noted the electrical wire of the evaporator pan is laying on the floor. Plese ensure electrical wire must be at last 6 inches off the floor. Provide missing cove base at wall/ floor junctures in the warehouse. Rubber cove base is acceptable. Please seal the bottom of the base to the floor. Inside the walk-in unit, seal the top and bottom of the cove base the floor/ walls with low temp silicone.

Per owner, they did not check their email and was not aware of the appointment. Rescheduled the re-inspection on Friday 8/21/25 around 8:30 AM. Sent calendar invites to owner, manager and facility's manager.
