Observed butter sitting out at room temperature with an internal temperature range of 77F-80F. Per food employee, the butter was microwave then placed out at room temperature for over 2 hours at time of inspection. All TCS foods improperly cold held were discarded by the food employee at time of inspection. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
