Observed pizza cook pull finish pizza from oven and begin to cut pizza with bare hands and garnish the pizza. Stopped pizza cook and discussing ensuring that utensils or gloves are used to finish the pizza and avoid bare hand contact with RTE food if there is no proceeding killstep. Discussed the importance of preventing bare hand contact with ready-to-eat (RTE) foods with the person-in-charge (PIC). Bare hand contact is not approved with ready-to-eat (RTE) food items. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
