Predefined Comment: Due to the violations noted on this inspection report, County legal action may result from this inspection.Predefined Comment: Establishment was observed operating outside the scope of their approved operating permit in violation of MCEHC Chap. 1, Reg. 4(a). Establishment was pre-approved for their permit with conditions to not scoop ice, use soda fountain machine or sell open food. Establishment was observed scooping ice, packaging and selling to consumers. In addition, soda machine and slushie machine was in use and available for public at time of inspection. All equipment was marked out of order at time of inspection. Remodel permit has been previously submitted EHP2503862. Must complete remodel permit process prior to continuing service of open foods and use of equipment..
