Observed no covered trash receptacles in either of the two uni-sex restrooms. PIC took note to order covered trashcans. Uni-sex and female toilet rooms requires a covered waste receptacle. Provide prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Corrective Action: Correct prior to the next routine inspection. Noted hot water at the hand sinks inside the restrooms are at 80 to 85*F. Please adjust to make sure hot water is at least 100*F and hot water must be available at point of service within 45 seconds upon activation. The hub drain for the discharge from the soda fountain station is on its side and allowing water pooling in the drain. Please re-adjust so water won't be pooling harbor pests.

Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 1. Replace / repair broken, chipped, missing floor tiles in the front service area. 2. Fill the gap on the floor at the entrance of the walk-in cooler by epoxy grout. 3. Inside the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer: seal around pipe penetrations (condenser pipe, electrical conduits, and fire sprinkler). Please use low temp silicone. 4. Rewrap the insulation around the condenser pipes of the walk-in cooler. 5. Noted heavy accumulation of organic matter under the dishwasher, on the walls behind the dishwasher, 3-comp sink and food prep sink. 6. Clean the dish washer racks. They are soiled with organic matter built up. 7. Clean inside all floor sinks including the ones under large/ fixed equipment or fixtures. They have heavy accumulation of organic matter. 8. Please clean up areas around the floor sink and under large equipment and increase cleaning frequency to prevent built up. 9. Caulk and seal around pipe penetrations through the walls, trim off excess foam around pipes, conduits penetrations then seal the top of the foam with silicone. 10. Noted the water filters do not have date of installation on them. Please provide and ensure they are replaced at a frequency that the manufacture's recommended.
