Due to the violations noted on this inspection report, County legal action may result from this inspection.OC Inspection - Meat Market Class 4. This inspection was conducted with the owner. A PDF copy of this inspection report was emailed to Patricia R. Re-inspection is scheduled for 01/21/2026. This establishment/operation has demonstrated sufficient compliance to proceed with the permit issuance. To complete the permitting process, issuance of this permit, and begin operation, the applicant must first submit payment of the annual operating permit fee to the Department. Per MCEHC Chapter I, Regs 4 & 5, no person shall conduct an operation or operate an establishment for which a permit is required without holding the necessary and valid permit to do so.

1. A new ice machine has been installed in the retail sales area with no hand sink available nearby. A new, dedicated hand sink must be installed within sight and within 25 unobstructed feet of the new ice machine. An alternative is to relocate and properly install the ice machine into the kitchen area where a hand sink is already installed and available. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
