observed food prep. staff, rinsing utensils in contact with raw eggs, and reusing utensils. facility has a 3 compartment manual 3 compartment basins. showed staff how to setup a wash, rinse, sanitize and allow washed equipment to air dry properly. facility sanitizer dispenser attached to FRP panel was in disrepair. manager will contact the chemical company. to place a service order. meanwhile showed staff how to measure 200 ppm multiquat for the final warewashing basin. Department guidance sticker reviewed. copy provided, Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
