Predefined Comment: No County legal action will result from this inspection.Discussed consumer advisory. Observed chicken wings cooling in the reach in refrigerator in the kitchen. Observed raw breaded duck in the storage room reach in refrigerator across from the kitchen. According to PIC multiple TCS foods in countertop warmers are reheated upstairs in the ovens. Establishment's permit type is a Class 2 E&D, ensure establishment does not operate beyond the scope of their permit. Ensure all cooking, cooling, and reheating is conducted in the main kitchen downstairs.Adjust bar floor drain so it is flush with flooring. Label ovens in kitchen as "Hot Holding only".
