No paper twoel is availagle in employee hand wash sink. Manager stated establishment is out of paper towels. A bag of clean towels was provided by sink. Each clean towel can be used only once. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 5-205.11 - Priority Foundation: Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance.
