Operator stated that they are taking the exam Monday the 11th, and will forward the certification over once received. Operator was informed that a CFPM is required to be onsite at all times in order to ensure active managerial control is being maintained during operations. 2nd consecutive violation. Corrective Action: Correct prior to the next routine inspection.
