Prepackaged food items are for immediate consumption. Approved to sell or giveaway produce, nuts, and pre-packaged, individually wrapped, properly labeled food items from approved source only. Frozen foods must be maintained frozen and sold to the consumer frozen.Mobile Food Type I-III establishments shall at all times remain vehicle mounted and readily movable. No permanent utility connections are permitted.
