2nd consecutive violation. At time of inspection, a can of hot shot pesticide spray was in a bucket on the cart. Pesticides must not be stored or used on the mobile unit. Employee removed pesticides from the cart. Please continue to keep the pesticides stored off of the mobile unit. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes

At time of inspection the battery for the handwashing sink was dead leaving the water for the handwashing sink unable to be pumped. Establishment was using a temporary handwashing set up until the manager could come back with a battery for the sink. Temporary hand wash sink was set up properly and the employee was using the set up properly. Temporary sink was approved for only a 30 minute period until the battery was delivered. Instructed establishment to stay closed until they have running water in the future. The battery was delivered and pressure was reestablished at the unit's handwashing sink. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Employee turned on the heater, and still not able to get hot. Employee refilled the water tank, and made adjustments to the hot water burner, now at 110F. Ensure that 100F hot water is available at the hand sink at all times. Ensure that tank is filled with 5 gallons of water each day. Recommended adding an aerator to the faucet to reduce the flow of water to ensure water lasting throughout the day, while still maintaining enough pressure to wash hands.
