No water is available in the tank for washing hands in the employee hand was sink and ware washing in three-compartment sink. PIC was instructed to close until water can be supplied to all tanks for operation. Hot and cold water under pressure is required at all sink fixtures. PIC provided water to all tanks and was able to continue operating. Corrected at time of inspection.
