Observed wiping cloths stored in a chloring sanitizer solution with concentration above 100 ppm. Discussed with the operator that all wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations. The solution was diluted between 50-100 pm, and the wiping cloths were placed in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed an expired (12/2/2024) commissary agreement during this inspection. Per operator, they were not aware that the agreement had expired 4 days prior to this inspection. Discusses with operator that food establish establishments shall provide a commissary agreement to the Department upon request, at permit issuance or renewal, and as a part of the documents submitted during plan review for a new permit. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. Per operator, they will renewal the agreement, and email a copy to the Departmemt.

MCEHC Chap. 8, Sec. 3, Reg. 5c - Mobile food establishments shall provide a commissary agreement to the Department upon request, at permit issuance or renewal, and as a part of the documents submitted during plan review for a new permit. Ice cream vendors that only sell or dispense individually packaged, commercially processed items are exempt from providing a commissary agreement.
