This is the second consecutive report with this violation. Observed the atmospheric vacuum breaker on the outdoor mop sink missing the cover. The cold water faucet leaks when turned on. Sink must be kept in good repair. Please have the sink replaced.

Foods had been out of temperature for less than 4 hours and were moved to another reach in cooler to cool. All temperature controlled for safety (TCS) foods in cold holding are required to be kept at 41*F or below. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
