Observed bowl used in dry ingredients as a scoop. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) In-use utensils must be stored in a clean, dry location; in running water; or in hot water above 135°F. If utensils are stored in food, the scoops shall have handles and must be stored above the surface of the food. All in-use utensils were properly stored at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed missing caulking along the sink, wall and backsplash at the three compartment sink and prep sink. Discussed with Person in Charge (PIC) that fixed equipment that is not easily moved shall be sealed with caulking to prevent accumulation of contaminants and it creates a smooth and cleanable surface. Per PIC it will be fixed right away. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
