Core-3-304.12 , C: In-Use Utensils, Between-Use Storage Observed a thermometer stored directly in the pepperoni container on the pizza prep line with the handle touching the food product. All utensils used for TCS food must be stored in such a manner that does not come in direct contact with food products. The PIC removed the thermometer from the unit.
