Priority Foundation-5-103.11, Pf: Capacity-Quantity and Availability No hot water in back part of store (bakery & meat department) at time of inspection (maximum water temperature at all sinks was 74 degrees). Person in charge was aware of the issue and stated that the hot water stopped working earlier in the day. A technician was scheduled to service the water heater the later same day. Minimum requirements for hot water are 100 degrees at hand wash sinks and 110 degrees at 3-compartment sinks. This violation requires correction within 24 hours.
