Observed cold case in front of Starbucks holding 53 F with min/max thermometer after 30 minutes holding TCS food items. Potato salad, cold slaw, macaroni salad, salami, and cheeses in case all holding 49-52 F. Establishment has cold holding logs that show ~4 hours prior unit was working properly. All food items were moved to walk in cooler to rapid cool. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
