Sanitizer undetectable after running and priming several times at the time of inspection. 3-compartment sink will be used to wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes while awaiting repairs. Requested the establishment place an out of order sign on dishwasher until repairs are completed.

-- PUR Faucet Water Filtration System for drinking water installed on handwashing sink. Discussed hand sink limitations with the person in charge (PIC): can only be used for handwashing. Requested at the time of inspection the PIC uninstall water filtration system. The PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of hand wash sink for all activities that are not for handwashing. Advised the PIC the filtration system can be used for prep sink. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
