Plumbing Inspection - Retail Food This inspection was conducted with the contractor.A PDF copy of this inspection report was emailed to Mohammed J. at the time of this inspection.No county legal action will result from this inspection.Correct the following prior to final permit approval;1. There is currently a floor sink installed inside the new retail walk-in refrigerator. Remove the floor sink from inside the walk-in and provide one on the outside of the unit for the condensate to drain into.2. Provide an additional hand sink with stainless steel side splashes in the back, water heater room where the three compartment sink and prep sink are located.3. Provide waterproof material such as FRP or tile on the wall behind underneath and around the three compartment sink and prep sink in the back room where the water heater is located.4. Provide metal cove base at the exposed metal, floor/wall junctures on the inside and outside of the two walk-in refrigerators and walk-in freezer where vinyl cove base is currently installed.5. Provide metal cove base at the floor/wall juncture beneath the cooking hood where vinyl cove base is currently installed.6. Provide washable ceiling tiles where acoustical ceiling tiles are currently installed over the meat market and in the back storage room7. Provide a sneeze guard with side panels along the front service area where the cook line is located. The sneeze guard must be at least 60 in. high from the floor.8. Provide a self-closer for the back door to the facility.9. Repair the leaking drain pipe beneath the food prep sink in the meat market area.10. Caulk and seal the seam between the bottom of the exhaust hood and the stainless steel wall underneath. Use high temperature resistant, metallic silicone caulk.
