Only hand sink is the one for staff bathroom, staff stated that door is always kept open ensure a proper hand wash can be conducted for food service. Toilet has a separate door. Previous inspectors have identified the problem from what can be seen in the record all the way back to 2020. Inspector observed hand sink further than 25 feet from furthest prep area. 25 feet is maximum distance allowable.
