Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Chlorine in automatic low temperature dishwasher at less than 50 ppm. Manager determined the chemical line had become disconnected. Manager reconnected the chemical line and adjusted the machine to dispense at the proper 50-100 ppm concentration.
