Observed some pink organic matter on the inside of a couple of the water dispenser nozzles at the self-service bottle filling station. Discussed with person in charge to clean the water nozzles. The person in charge cleaned the water nozzles at time of inspection. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed a few hairs and other small bits of lint on the top of the ice cream case. Discussed with person in charge to clean the ice cream case on a more frequent basis to prevent the accumulation of hairs and other lint. The person in charge will clean the ice cream case. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
