Discussed with person in charge to clean the inside of the ice machine on a more frequent basis to prevent the accumulation of organic matter inside of the ice machine. The person in charge will clean the ice machine. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Did not observe any sanitizer testing strips available at time of inspection. Test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Provide sanitizer test strips prior to re-inspection. A re-inspection will occur within 10 days or no later than April 30th, 2026. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
