-- Multiple items such as chicken nuggets, fish fillets, and chicken strips in reach-in freezer near fryer had internal temperatures ranging from 28°F-30°F and were soft to the touch. The ambient temperature of freezer measured at 33.4°F using min/max thermometer. Stored frozen foods shall be maintained frozen unless in the process of slacking or thawing. The PIC stated they will place a work order to repair freezer. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

The PIC stated that the facet is scheduled to be repaired within the next two days and stated that the womens restroom would be used as a unisex restroom until the facet is repaired. Ensure that there is at least 1 handwashing sink for use in the bathroom. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 6-301.12 - Priority Foundation: Hand Drying Provision. Equipment exposed to quat sanitizer at three compartment sink for less than five seconds. *Manufacturer’s directions stated that equipment should be exposed to sanitizer for a minimum of 60 seconds. Manager had all items properly sanitized. Ensure that equipment/utensils are exposed to chemical sanitizer for proper length of time according to manufacturer’s directions. PIC stated that both containers were placed onto the make line at 10:30AM and discarded-see embargo form.
