Due to the violations noted on this inspection report, County legal action may result from this inspection.This establishment is on the Cutting Edge of food safety and was awarded an "A+" grade.Observed a new walk-in freezer (completely new box, compressor, condenser, ect.) where a walk-in refrigerator and a walk-in freezer use to be. Person in charge indicated they removed the walk-in refrigerator and the walk-in freezer and build out a completely new walk-in freezer. The other walk-in cooler was also completely replaced with a new walk-in refrigerator (completely new box, compressor, condenser, ect.).>>>Upon inspection, a remodel has taken place which may require an application and plans to be submitted, and/or additional permits. Please submit an application, supporting documentation, and fees within 5 business days or legal action may result pursuant to MCEHC Chapter 1, Regulation 4(e). All wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations. Wiping cloths were placed in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
