Operator contacted to verify report was received.Inspection conducted at Phoenix Park-n-Swap.Reviewed and discussed: ASSE 1011 needed for swamp cooler hook up to right of ice machine. Establishment has work order with ECOLAB to replace chemical dispensers at hand sink with no air gaps. Of note: Establishment is currently allowing All Around Concessions keep tcs frozen foods inside main walk in freezer. Also tcs refrigerated food for Carnitas Cochiloco.
