Observed broken faucet handle in breakroom men's restroom. Observed floor drain next to trash compactor/beer cooler in back storage area covered with grime and debris. All plumbing shall be maintained in good repair at all times. Establishment shall repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. REPEAT VIOLATION: 2ND CONSECUTIVE.
