Observed 6 cans of baby formula with a "use by" date of December 2024. The baby formula was expired and was embargoed at time of inspection (see embargo form). Discussed with person in charge to routinely check "use by" dates for the baby formula and baby food. All food must be in good condition, safe, and unadulterated. All adulterated food was discarded at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
