Observed Juice and Dairy refrigeration unit was holding at 48*F. Took temperature of milk carton in unit and internal temperature was observed to be 48*F. Cold hold of temperature control for safety foods must be at 41*F or lower. Other items observed in refrigerator were Naked drinks and orange juice. Advised staff to monitor cold hold temperatures using a metal stem thermometer. Items were embargoed and discarded. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Predefined Comment: Cold holding equipment must have the capacity to maintain TCS foods at 41°F or below. Must repair cold holding equipment such that it maintains TCS foods at 41°F or below. TCS Juice and Dairy products were removed and work order was placed through the company. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Reinspection to be completed on or before Friday, March 20, 2026.
