Ready to eat hot hold sandwiches and smokie hot dogs in two door upright refrigerator in food prep area at 51*F. Cold hold of food to be 41*F or lower. As per the staff, items were in the refrigerator all day. Sandwiches were embargoed and discarded. Frozen hotdogs were placed in separate refrigerator in prep area. Advised staff to monitor cold hold temperatures using a metal stem thermometer. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Predefined Comment: Cold holding equipment must have the capacity to maintain TCS foods at 41°F or below. Must repair cold holding equipment such that it maintains TCS foods at 41°F or below. TCS foods were removed and work order sent through company's request program. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Reinspection to be completed on or before Friday March 20, 2026.
