-- Employee observed handling dirty dishes with gloved hands and putting away clean dishes without washing their hands or changing gloves. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Discussed glove usage limitations: gloves are limited to one task and must be changed anytime contamination occurs. Requested employee wash their hands and change gloves prior to putting away the clean dishes. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
