Of note: Facilities inspection conducted, no food service observed at time of inspection. Observed Otis Spunkmeyer ovens in DECA retail space. PIC stated that first order of cookies comes in next week and any food contact surfaces will be cleaned in culinary classroom. Culinary classroom has catering permit with County.
