Observed quat dispensing from the automatic dispenser at above 500 PPM. Alerted manager who called the company, at time of inspection. This location is changing their sanitizer company next week and will have the automatic dispenser adjusted during that visit. Until adjustment, staff must dilute the sanitizer with water to the appropriate concentration (150-400 PPM). Educated staff on sanitizer requirements. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Reeducated staff on the recommended range of use for Quat (150-400 PPM). Wiping buckets to be changed every 4 hours.
