Inspector's notes

Observed several boxes of wine sitting directly in front of the handwashing sink nearest the aisles. Alerted staff who relocated all items blocking handwash sink at time of inspection. Discussed maintaining soap, paper towels, and a trash basin near ALL the handwashing sinks. Handwashing sinks to be ALWAYS maintained unobstructed and accessible. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

PRIORITY VIOLATION-3-501.16(A)(2) and (B), P: Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Cold Holding. Observed various dairy products (milk, lactose-free milk, half and half, ect.) (45-47°F) cold holding above 41°F in one of the back storage grab-n-go refrigerator. Many of the milk products had a bloated appearance and all dairy products had been in the refrigerator for over 4 hours. The grab-n-go measures 46.2 with the min/max. The Person in Charge (PIC) was alerted and discarded the Time Temperature for Control (TCS) products (see embargo). Adequate alternative refrigeration is available to operate safely. Manager will place future TCS items in the nearby standing refrigerator until the grab-n-go refrigerator unit can maintain temperatures below 41°F. Discussed cold holding requirements.
