Observed employee going from the dishwashing area and touching dirty dishes, then proceeding to the service line and fill containers for customer orders. Talked to manager about handwashing, and had employee immediately wash their hands. Ensure that handwashing is occurring going from dirty to clean tasks in the kitchen. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
