Priority Foundation-5-202.12 (A), Pf: Handwashing Sinks, Installation; Proper Temperature, Mixing Faucet. For a permanent fix to this violation, check out these simple tools in our Active Managerial Control Toolbox, made especially for you. https://www.maricopa.gov/4573/AMC-Toolbox---Handwashing.---Observed the hand sinks on the left sides of the rotisserie and ovens with a maximum water temperature of 77*F and 78*F when measured with a probe thermometer after running for 5 minutes continuously. Observed the hand sink to the right of the rotisserie dispensing water at 100*F and the mixing valve set to a higher position. All other sink fixtures had hot water available within 2 minutes. Discussed with PIC that all hand sinks hand sinks equipped with mixing valves should dispense water between 100-110*F to support proper handwashing. PIC adjusted the temperature of the mixing valves at the time of inspection so both hand sinks dispensed water at 100*F. Advised PIC that the mixing valves may need to be adjusted throughout the year to accommodate seasonal changes to cold water temperatures. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
