Inspector's notes
Observed several packages of meal replacement drinks that had a "use by" date of October 2024. The beverages in question were embargoed at time of inspection (see embargo form). Discussed with person in charge to regularly check the "use by" dates of foods stored in the front case, such as meal replacement drinks and formula. All food must be in good condition, safe, and unadulterated. All adulterated food was discarded at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
