Observed employee at a tasting station take a sample from a plastic sampling cup, swirl it around in their mouth, then spit the sample back into the small sample cup, discard it, then proceed to pour more samples for customers. After trying and discarding a sample, the employee must wash hands prior to pouring more samples to prevent the spread of pathogens. Education was done with the employee and manager.
