Core-6-501.111 (A-B, D), C: Controlling Pests; Monitoring Observed more than 5 small flies near the mop sink. When pests are found, professional pest control should be utilized. Please have the mop sink serviced for small flies by a professional pest technician. Please keep all pest control invoices. Correct By: Correct Prior To Next Routine Inspection
PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-202.11 (A), P: Approved System Observed the chemical dispenser hose directly connected to the mop sink faucet. The chemical dispenser increases pressure which could cause the backflow prevention device on the mop sink faucet to break; this device protects the clean water supply. PIC removed the hose from the mop sink faucet. The chemical dispenser requires a separate water connection. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
