Inspector's notes
Observed pre packaged foods (meant to be refrigerated) such as bacon, milk and butter in walk in cooler next to register. Food was stored in the right most side of cooler on bottom shelves. Temperature of walk in was observed at 44*F, according to inspectors min/max. Per PIC, foods get shipped multiple times a week. All TCS foods improperly cold held were relocated to alternative functioning refrigeration unit to rapidly cool to 41°F at time of inspection. Informed PIC except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. All TCS foods improperly cold held were relocated to alternative functioning refrigeration unit to rapidly cool to 41°F at time of inspection. PIC had spoke to corporate and would not store food in walk in at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed the clear water line from the water filtration system threaded down into the floor drain drainpipe with white and pink organic matter growth covering the line and drain. Informed PIC that the drains need to be kept clean. Informed PIC that the water line cannot be inserted into the floor drain. There must be at least a one-inch air gap between the outlet of the line and the face of the floor drain. Obtain one inch air gap prior to next routine inspection. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
