Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection 5/29/25. A coffee maker with a direct water line connection has been installed in the front beverage bay without required back flow prevention. All water connected, non-carbonated beverage dispensers must have an approved backflow device such as an inline dual check meeting ASSE 1022 standards. Please install required back flow prevention prior to reinspection 5/29/25.
