Inspector's notes
Observed hot dogs and chili in walk in cooler at 45*F. Cold hold of food to be 41*F or lower. As per the person in charge, store received a delivery and door to load walk in cooler was open to load. Walk in cooler did drop to 40*F once, but than increased back to 50*F during inspection. Cold hold of food to be 41*F or lower. Freezer door to walk in cooler was opened and unit cooled to 38*F to cool down hot dogs. Other Temperature control foods such as corndogs were observed to be at 43*F. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes
Walk in cooler in establishment was observed to be maintaining 50*F ambient temperature. System would turn out and briefly cool to 40F (observing max/min thermometer). Person in charge contacted owner and was instructed to turn unit down. No change observed. Unit is attached to walk in freezer. With door opened unit dropped to 37*F. Repair company was contacted to fix. Reinspection to be completed on 2/17/2026 to verify unit has been repaired, and holds food at 41*F. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
